I have used Theresa for the sale of one property and the purchase of two others. Properties have included a variety from a very small bungalow to a horse farm. In all cases, Theresa had a sense of urgency, expertise, professionalism, patience and warmth throughout the entire process including the search/listing, offer, inspection, negotiation and closing. I especially appreciated her insight into the market and negotiation skills. Despite her savvy negotiation, she always displayed respect for the perspective of all parties involved in the transaction and remained focused on the end goal. With the purchase of our horse farm, Theresa was able to track down the listing agent before the property was online to make sure we got a showing the minute the property was available. In addition to my own sale and purchases, I was also confident to recommend Theresa to personal friends, knowing that she would be an excellent advocate for first time homebuyers. For what can be a stressful process for some, Theresa eases some of the tension by her accessibility via phone or text. No question is silly, and Theresa is a great listener. Theresa did an absolutely fantastic job in assisting us with selling my brother’s house after he had passed away. From the very beginning, she explained exactly what the steps for a successful sale would be. Theresa demonstrated her tremendous knowledge of the local market values and where this home would fit in. I must say she was spot on. After being asked, she offered some recommendations on what we might do to help with selling the house and what wasn’t necessary. There again, her knowledge was very valuable. From the day the house was listed to the day of the closing, Theresa kept us advised of every date and time of every showing, inspection, offer, signing, and meeting. She never failed to return or answer every e-mail, text, or phone call with any questions we had. With Theresa as our agent, what I thought would be a stressful and difficult process actually ended up being very stressful free and gratifying. There is no doubt that I will be using Theresa again in the future to handle any and all my real estate endeavors.
